1. General Digital Products Policy
Due to the instantly downloadable and deeply personal nature of our digital products, all sales are considered final. Once a digital file has been delivered to your email or the download link has been accessed, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer a standard refund. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Exceptions and Technical Assistance
Your satisfaction and seamless experience are our highest priorities. While general refunds are not permitted, we are fully committed to resolving technical anomalies. We will gladly provide immediate file replacements or appropriate resolutions under the following circumstances:
- Corrupted or Defective Files: If the audio file you receive is technically flawed, unplayable, or corrupted.
- Non-Delivery: If you have not received the automated delivery email containing your digital product within 24 hours of purchase.
- Duplicate Charges: If a technical error resulted in your payment method being charged more than once for the exact same transaction.
